A visit with the Murton-Bell Family

I was surprised to find Tracy and family sitting in the congregation at Brora on Easter morning. Thankfully, they had a free day, and came to spend the morning with us. The kids got along just like they saw each other the day before, even though it had been months. We decided to take a stroll down to the flood waters to check out the water and do a little water hopping.

Jacob decided that Greg, the tallest of the group, was the perfect companion for the walk down to the water. It was cute to watch, especially seeing that he completely bypassed mommy and daddy to walk with Greg.











This is the road behind our house. The kids couldn't spend too much time in the water, for there was a strong current where it crossed the road. It was moving really fast, and we couldn't see where the edges of the road were. And this wasn't the highest it got. I was the only adult with boots on, so I got to get in the water with the kiddos. They had a great time, especially watching the minnows trying to get across the road.






This the playground that we usually can walk to, but the path was blocked with the water, so we had to wade over. We played for a while and then the Murton Bells had to make their way back to S'toon.

Sophia can't wait for another opportunity to visit with Joshua and Annabel again.
